These Terms govern your use of Tercel Ads. By using the service you agree to them.

The service

Tercel Ads provides Google Ad Grants compliance monitoring, optimization, alerting, and campaign-creation tools. It is read-only by default; account changes occur only when you enable enforcement or approve an action.

Accounts & eligibility

You must connect Google Ads accounts you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. The Guardian plan is free for 30 days and then $5/month unless cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime; fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

No guarantee

Tercel helps you follow Google Ad Grants policies but does not guarantee that Google will not suspend or deactivate any account. Program decisions are made by Google.

Acceptable use

Don’t misuse the service, attempt to access other organizations’ data, or violate Google’s policies through the platform.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Tercel Ads is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
