This Privacy Policy explains how Tercel Ads (“we”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use app.tercelads.com and related services.

Information we collect

Account details from Google Sign-In (name, email, profile image); the Google Ads data of accounts you connect; and billing details processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

How we use Google user data

We access your Google Ads data solely to provide compliance monitoring, optimization, alerts, and campaign features you request. We request the Google Ads (AdWords) scope only to read and, when you enable enforcement, manage the accounts you connect.

Limited Use disclosure

Tercel Ads’ use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we do not allow humans to read it except as needed for support, security, or to comply with law.

Data storage & security

OAuth refresh tokens are encrypted at rest and isolated per organization. Access is restricted and scoped to your tenant. You can disconnect an account or delete your data at any time.

Sharing

We share data only with infrastructure providers needed to run the service (hosting, Stripe for billing). We never sell personal data.

Your choices

You may disconnect Google Ads accounts, cancel your subscription, or request deletion by emailing hello@tercelads.com.
